What happens after you refer
- 01
You send us a referral
Fill in the self-referral form on this page, or ask a professional (GP, key worker, support worker) to refer you.
- 02

A team member contacts you using your preferred method to confirm we've received your referral and explain next steps.

We currently operate a waiting list. We'll tell you the expected wait time and check in with you while you wait.

We agree next steps
Once a place is available, we discuss what support fits — peer group, workshop, one-to-one session, or signposting to another service.
