What happens after you refer

    Fill in the self-referral form on this page, or ask a professional (GP, key worker, support worker) to refer you.

  2. 02

    We reply within 5 working days

    A team member contacts you using your preferred method to confirm we've received your referral and explain next steps.

  3. 03

    You join the waiting list

    We currently operate a waiting list. We'll tell you the expected wait time and check in with you while you wait.

  4. 04

    We agree next steps

    Once a place is available, we discuss what support fits — peer group, workshop, one-to-one session, or signposting to another service.

Professional referral

Refer a client to us

For GPs, housing officers, NHS practitioners, social workers, support workers and partner organisations. You must have the client’s informed consent before submitting a referral.
